I just wanted to say to you – I’ve glanced several times through your book, “An Introduction to the Integral Yoga.” I’ve always thought it was well done, but never really stopped to take it in.
I just happened to pull it up in my Kindle, and looked more deeply, and have to say, I am so very impressed. You have done the most marvelous job of presenting IY in a simple accessible manner.
Please keep me posted about any videos or writings you create in the future.
