Anil has been connected with the teachings of Sri Aurobindo and the Mother for the last 40 years and is keenly interested in trying to follow them in daily life. He has been giving talks on various aspects of Integral yoga. He is actively involved with Sri Aurobindo Centre, Mumbai for many years and has given a series of talks there.
Currently,j Anil is taking regular online classes of Life Divine and Savitri.
